MatzterHHello,
Do you have an ETA on this feature ?
I've used VCam for a bit now, but the lack of 60fps makes it look very blurry when I move around. -

shocker_0x15I got Logitech's StreamCam C980 which supports 1080/60fps with 3-month premium license for XSplit products,
but VCam seems not to support this configuration, so I cannot bring out the maximum capability of that camera! -

JanI have very bad results with VCam on my Logitech Brio. Even Microsoft Teams with the built-in blur background feature does a much better job with blurring and replacing the background. To have a 4k webcam running at 720p has only downsides, as more video information could also lead to a better blurring experience.
The overall quality and the lack of high resolutions makes me consider a refund. -

ChristianI too purchased VCAM but it cannot do the 60FPS that my camera can perform at. This feature would make me feel better about my purchase of VCAM. Hopefully they add 60FPS support.

ChristianThe VCAM I am talking about in my previous post is the PTR version 2.0.2008.0701 downloaded from here: https://www.xsplit.com/vcam/ptr?pp=www_ub_vcamptr_red
when I uninstalled PTR version and went back to regular release I can get 1080P 60 FPS. With latest PTR I can only get 1280X720 30 FPS with my camera.... VCAM PTR seems to be going back in time with hardware support. -

Matias1 year from this and still a 720p output with a 4k camera. It makes no sense

John HaugelandMy Logitech Brio is able to consume 4k60 without problems
I am running from XSplit into OBS with a moderate power machine
Please remember, *many usb cables can't cope with that bandwidth.* I had to replace my Brio's wire early, and when I did, I briefly lost the ability to get good results out of the camera; if I hadn't already seen 4k60 I probably wouldn't have realized it was the wire.
You need an *EXPLICITLY USB3* usb-c cable. Most usb-c cables ARE NOT USB3. -

ChristianCustomer Service explained to me that new VCAM 2.0 does not have 1080P or higher @ 60 FPS. It can only do 720P max @ 30 FPS now so do not download and install new version if you currently have 60 FPS 1080P or higher res camera and can currently select those higher resolutions in your streaming application.

Hyuntoeif it is hard cuz of usb cable's speed, how about 1080p 30fps first?
I think it's enough
then later 1080p 60fps... -

ChristianIt's an application limitation, not a USB cable issue.
Hopefully they get this ironed out ASAP because Nvidia just released Nvidia Broadcast for free and it also does background blur, replace and removal @1080P 60FPS. As of right now the only thing VCAM has going for it is the chair removal (which is brilliant) however people are not going to pay 39.99 for chair removal & when if they have an NVIDA card they can get all the other stuff free.
Here's a suggestion for the devs. STEP UP YOUR GAME! -

Screany MergedMy obs will only let be go as high as 720p 30fps with VCAM enabled, but with the webcam I can go 1080p 60fps. Why is this even a limitation I think this should be rectified for us who have paid for lifetime licenses.

Lev PanovI suggest adding a 30fps/60fps parameter to the settings, so the user decides what he currently uses. 30fps should be default, I agree (for compatibility). It's quite silly to not use the full possiblities of the camera when available

ChristianDevs, please expedite this. Not having the 1080P 60 FPS really stinks... which is what this application had when I originally purchased it.
